2. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings must be made through our website or an authorized platform.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Cancellation Policy
- For stays of 9 days or less, cancellations must be made at least 14 days before check-in for a full refund.
- For stays of 10 days or more, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 4pm
- Check-out time: 11am
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must comply with house rules provided upon check-in.
- Any damage to the property or its contents caused by the guest must be reported and may be subject to additional charges.
- No smoking or illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay unless caused by our negligence.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
